Norberto Velez
President
Norberto has been in the contract custodial industry for over 25 years. After military service, his career began with an international company In New York, where he learned the system of workloading buildings and was assigned to the World Trade Center. He has spent most of his career in Silicon Valley with his wife Zoraida. Norberto is truly happy to make his life here. They have two sons, Timothy and Christopher. Christopher and his wife Ashley added the first grandchild, Zachary, in June 2010. Zach reportedly shares Norberto’s passion for the NY Yankees. Other interests include painting, sailing and the family pet, Obi One, a handsome miniature schnauzer.
Tony Prado
Principal
Tony began his career in the building services industry with a large international company working in the Silicon Valley area. As a lifelong learner, Tony’s recent accomplishment was completing the BSCAI coursework and testing. He and his wife Meriya are world travelers; South Africa was their most recent destination. Facing an empty nest after daughter Elizabeth married, the Prado family expanded to include Cotton, a poodle/peke mix. Lisa and her husband have expanded the family in July, 2010 to include Caelyn. Aside from his role as Papa, Tony enjoys gardening and being an active participant in the Peninsula’s wide variety of music, art, food and wine events, accompanied by Meriya - and Cotton, of course!
Janet Burlinson
Director of Marketing and Sales
Janet relocated to the Bay Area in August of 2008 to join the Customized Team. She has a background in the science of cleaning, having worked in the maintenance supply business in Orlando, Florida for 18 years. She has quickly become a fan of all that Northern California has to offer, including actual seasons, lack of humidity, and terrain that isn’t all flat. While friends, parents and son Corey are strong reasons for frequent Florida visits, this is now “home”. One other lingering Florida interest is as an avid University of Florida Gator football fan. She’s proud to tell you that UF has the only LEED Platinum Athletic facility to date. Go Gators!
