Maintenance Plans

Level I — Annual Services

The Annual Service Plan isdesigned to provide once per year services to data centers that are looking for a minimum level of protection against contamination build-up. This plan includes services to clean the sub-floor, top of the raised floor, and equipment surfaces within the data center. Also included in this plan is an air particle count sampling.

Level II — Semi-Annual Services

The Semi-Annual Service Plan is designed to provide twice per year services to data centers that are looking for a higher level of protection against contamination build-up. This plan includes services to clean the sub-floor once per year, and twice per year to clean the top of the raised floor, and equipment surfaces within the data center. Also included in this plan is an air particle count sampling once per year during the sub-floor visit.

Level III — Quarterly Services

The Quarterly Service Plan is designed to provide services four times per year to data centers that are looking for our recommended level of protection against contamination build-up. This plan includes services to clean the sub-floor once per year, and four times per year to clean the top of the raised floor, and equipment surfaces within the data center. Also included in this plan is an air particle count sampling once per year during the sub-floor visit.

Level IV — Monthly Services

The Monthly Service Plan is designed to provide services each month to data centers that are looking for a maximum level of protection against contamination build-up. This plan includes services to clean the sub-floor twice per year, and twelve times per year to clean the top of the raised floor, and equipment surfaces within the data center. Also included in this plan is an air particle count sampling twice per year during the sub-floor visits.
